Joined AIRnyc in May 2002 when she began providing indispensable support for program operations. She was born and raised in the Bronx. During her childhood years she danced for 15 years throughout the Metropolitan Area with Ballet Hispanico. She volunteered in Metropolitan Hospital where she learned the day to day operations of an Emergency Room. Miriam has been living in New Jersey for the last 16 years with her husband and their two boys. She volunteers her time as a Team Manager for both of her son’s basketball teams. Miriam loves to cook, travel, give back to her community and spend time with her family.
