Chief Impact Officer
Kathleen Agaton (she/her) joined AIRnyc in 2022. Kathleen is a strategist, co-designer, and evaluator. As the Chief Impact Officer, she works across the organization to drive the execution of AIRnyc’s strategic initiatives; sets strategy for impact measurement, continuous learning, and innovation across existing and emerging programs; and cultivates strategic partnerships. Grounded in human-centered design, Kathleen brings more than 20 years of experience in building the capacity of non-profit organizations, foundations, and government agencies in program design, evaluation, and strategic learning. At Win, Kathleen led the Research, Evaluation, and Strategic Learning team and developed an equity-centered strategic learning framework for mission-driven organizations inspired by principles of the Design Justice Network, Lean Impact, Trauma-Informed Care, and the Equitable Evaluation FrameworkTM. She is also a seasoned advisor on the design of organizational change initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Kathleen is an active thought partner in the field of Impact Measurement and Management as a member of Social Value U.S. and a contributor to the Global Impact Investing Network’s IRIS+ system. She holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
