Dionne joined AIRnyc in April 2025 after previously working at Northwell Northern Westchester Hospital as a medical secretary. She brings a decade of administrative experience to her role along with a deep passion for helping people, which is what inspired her to work for AIRnyc. When she’s away from the office, Dionne adores spending time with the love of her life: her adorable 9-month-old grandson!
