AIRlab is the innovation hub within which AIRnyc designs and implements interventions using new technological tools in partnership with healthcare delivery systems, community-based organizations, technology entrepreneurs, philanthropy, and managed care organizations to explore, test, pilot or present new approaches to person-centered and integrated medical and social care from a community-based perspective.

Aimed at interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration to put technology in the hands of Community Health Workers and the community members we serve, AIRlab is building on lived experience in the communities served by AIRnyc Community Health Workers, laying the groundwork to lead, encourage, and inspire some of the most transformative practices in health care.
